Listing candidates: In this first step we will provide you a list of bi-cultural candidates that correspond to your selection criteria. Once you communicate the desired qualifications of your ideal future employees, we then will provide you with a contact list. With the help of our local partners, we generate a long list of potential candidates, we then verify that each individual meets your desired qualifications, and we send you a refined list of potential employees accordingly.   
In-depth search: Your country office may also be able to assist you in the hiring process.
